A desk in the bedroom: 36″ behind the chair, 24″ beside the bed
Your bedroom fits a desk. Not on every wall.
A 48 × 24″ desk (29–30″ high) handles a laptop or one monitor; two monitors want about 60″. The space that matters is behind it: leave 36″ (91 cm) from the desk edge to the bed or wall so you can sit, roll back and stand up. Keep 24″ on the bed sides you use. And put the window at your side: behind you it causes glare, in front of you it makes you a silhouette on video calls.
